The aim of our EARTH project is clear: to enhance the innovation management and digital skills of logistics students and managers by integrating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into their master programmes and training. By prioritising the SDGs, we aim to equip them with the knowledge and tools to effectively address global challenges while driving innovation within the logistics industry.
The EU logistics sector, which includes the transport and supply chain industries, is among the world's largest and most developed. The industry is fast-growing and continuously adapting to new technologies and global business practices. The EU logistics sector performs well globally, with the top largest logistics service providers all based in Europe and six EU Member States among the top-10 global logistics performers.
